Pipe Polishing Machine - MODEL BTS-70 / BT-70

With model BT 70 Pipe polishing machine you can sand all pipe types, elliptical and solid round materials.With different abrasive bands you can get different material surface quality for cleaning the burrs and polishing the pipes.Inside of the machine there are 2 pcs. correlative triangle and abrasive bands that are always turning. Its supplied to be sanded each point of the material by the bands turning around the profiles. There is no need to rotate the material in order to get it sanded. To increase the quality of surface you can use in different thicknesses of sand abrasives.

Cooling equipment is also included in the machine as Standard for the operations of water sanding.


This machine is usefull for all steel, aluminium,copper materials,wood and plastic pipes ,round and elliptical materials.  
Especially before the assembly you can clear the surface of the connection pipes from corrosion. Also you can remove the stain on the stainless pipes by sanding easyly. Beside you can sand easily by getting through the bended pipes(max 140º) inside of the machine.   
BT-S 70 Pipe polishing machine, in addition to the features of the BT-70, has material feeding system with infinitively variable speed in both sides for straight materials. With the special rubber rollers does not slide to the material. Equal to each side of the polishing material to be easily provided.
